Joyce is a transcription services veteran with ten (10) years of experience as a typist, supervisor and business owner. Her accomplishments include: • Eight (8) certifications in the business field, including business management, grammar and others • Supervised a secretarial pool • Business owner for five years prior to working from home as a freelance transcriptionist • Transcriptionist and QA (Quality Assurance) for five years • Interest in computers and has built computers, along with her husband, as a hobby • Certification in MS Word and other Office programs • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented
